Policies
A few cozy little rules so every order is sweet from start to finish.
Order Deadlines
Standard orders need 48 hours notice. Custom & large orders (50+ cookies, multiple loaves) need at least 5 days. Holiday weeks fill up fast — order early!
Pickup Timing
Pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday between 10am and 4pm. Please arrive within your selected window. Orders not picked up by close will be donated and a refund is not available.
Delivery Rules
We deliver locally within 10 miles of our cottage. $5 flat fee, free over $40. Choose a 2-hour delivery window at checkout. Someone must be available to receive baked goods.
Deposit Policy
Orders over $75 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve oven time. The balance is due 24 hours before your pickup or delivery date.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your date. Within 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable but we'll happily reschedule once.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and tree nuts. While we take care to clean between batches, we cannot guarantee items are free of allergens or cross-contact. Please order at your own discretion.
